Josh Phillips | 2022 Co-MC
As the MC of TEDxQUT 2021, Josh witnessed some incredible ideas being shared. He loves the fact that words have the power to change lives which is why he is beyond excited to return for this year’s conference! This is Josh’s final semester studying a bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing) and Fine Arts (Film).
Outside of university, he works part-time as a program assistant at BOP Industries, running in-school workshops which teach young students about entrepreneurship and innovation. Josh loves public speaking and does as much of it as he can. He’s hosted everything from trivia nights to podcasts and is an active member of QUT Connect and Rostrum Australia.
