Anshu Sisodia is a passionate advocate for values-based leadership and authentic visibility. After 16 years anchoring breakfast television across India’s top networks, she discovered that true visibility isn’t about being seen - it’s about seeing yourself first.
Now completing her MBA at QUT, she combines academic insight with lived experience to help leaders communicate from a place of deep self-awareness. A recipient of the Female Executive Leader 2024 Scholarship, published researcher, certified trainer, keynote speaker, and Miss India 2006 finalist, Anshu’s story is one of resilience and reinvention.
After losing two close family members at age 15, she began a lifelong journey of rebuilding her identity from within, realising that self-worth is not externally granted, but internally reclaimed.
In her TEDx talk, Unseen to Undeniable, Anshu shares a science-backed framework that empowers individuals to embrace radical self-recognition as the first step toward genuine leadership and visibility.
