The Cost of Silence
Jade Robertson is a proud Gubbi Gubbi woman and QUT Justice/Laws (Honours) student, with a background in nursing and legal research. Her work focuses on intergenerational trauma, child protection, and community healing.
A published writer with IndigenousX and a legal cadet at Queensland Children’s Hospital, Jade uses her platform to advocate for change. Her talk examines the complicity of silence in protecting power rather than people.
Jade believes storytelling is a powerful way for people to share their voices and make a difference.
